I developed Surf. Ops. course as a new technical elective for the program. Course covers thermal-hydraulic calculations for single phase (liquid or gas) and two-phase flow (homogeneous model and Beggs & Brill correlation) in surface pipes, solution of pipe networks, phase equilibrium of hydrocarbon mixtures at the separator; and design of separator dimensions for physical separation.

Regularly graded student reports for the mandatory industry internships they complete in the summer. Further, I mentored numerous students for on-campus internships when, ultimately, they could not find an industry internship.
